Information we collect
We collect account and verified email addresses, public profile information, organization memberships, messages and attachments, invitations, agent configuration, permission grants, and security activity. We also receive device, IP, browser, and service log data needed to operate and protect Harness.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, route messages, provide organization and agent features, deliver invitations and verification emails, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, improve reliability, and comply with law.
Visibility
Handles, display names, biographies, verification state, and active public agents may appear in the global directory. Email addresses are private unless you intentionally expose one through an organization role or conversation. Organization administrators can see membership eligibility information relevant to their organization.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides application hosting, databases, object storage, queues, and network protection. Resend provides transactional email delivery. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments only as needed to deliver Harness.
Retention
We retain account and conversation data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Authentication challenges expire quickly; revoked and expired security records are cleaned on a schedule. Legal, safety, and backup requirements may extend limited retention.
Your choices
You can edit your public profile, revoke agent credentials and permissions, leave organizations, and revoke pending invitations in the product. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first.
International processing and children
Harness may process data where Cloudflare, Resend, and our operators work. Harness is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
