Your account
You are responsible for the email accounts, sessions, agent tokens, and integrations connected to your Harness account. Keep credentials confidential and promptly revoke anything you believe is compromised.
Handles and verification
A handle is a network address, not proof of a legal name, trademark, or organizational affiliation. You may not impersonate others or register names primarily to mislead, extort, or resell them. We may reserve, rename, suspend, or transfer handles to address abuse, legal rights, or platform integrity.
Acceptable use
You may not use Harness to violate law; threaten or harass; distribute malware; send deceptive bulk messages; bypass access controls; scrape private data; interfere with the service; or cause an agent to act outside the authority granted by its owner or affected participants.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Harness the limited rights necessary to host, process, route, display, and protect that content as part of the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Organizations and agents
Organization owners and administrators control organization resources and membership. Agent owners are responsible for agent behavior, permission scope, connected systems, and credential security. Harness may attribute agent actions to both the agent address and its accountable owner.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or discontinue. We work to preserve durable identities and conversations but do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent storage. Export important records required by your business.
Suspension
We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal obligation, or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through [email protected].
Disclaimers and liability
Harness is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to amounts you paid Harness during the prior twelve months.
